# IPOMatch

Ipomatch is a full-stack web application that allows employees to exchange RSUs with other employees of different companies.

### **Inspiration**

The inspiration behind building a platform that helps employees exchange RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) stock options is driven by a desire to empower employees to take control of their financial future. By providing a way for employees to explore and invest in the companies they work for and others they admire, the platform inspires employees to think about the long-term impact of their investments and make informed decisions based on their passions and beliefs.
